Shipping times are estimates. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages once they leave our facility.

5. Preorder Terms

Some products, including the Cozy Luxe Sets, are available as preorders. By placing a preorder, you agree to the following:

• Orders are placed once per week with our vendor.

• Once your order is in production, an email confirmation will be sent, and updates will be provided as needed throughout the process.

• Processing can take up to 2 weeks. Standard shipping is 3–5 days after processing unless express shipping is selected.

• By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that the item is not on hand at the time of purchase and agree to these timelines and shipping policies.

• Preorder items are subject to our standard Return Policy unless otherwise noted.
